In October, 2010, I decided to dive head first into my first tour of a truly exotic location with Trafalgar Tours’ Grand China and the Yangtze. I booked the tour through Trafalgar but it’s actually run by a sister company called Uniworld – a river boat tour company.
Since I didn’t expect to get back to China, I decided to do the most comprehensive tour I could find and the Grand China touched on all the major sights. I wrote this tale as I travelled so it’s very detailed.
